Deciding to receive assistance at home is a big step for most. It sometimes isn't easy to acknowledge that there are things you simply need a little help with.

Home Health Works provides professional in home caregivers, from Companions to Home Health Aides to Practical and Registered Nurses. We provide in home services from 24-hours a day to a once a week visit depending upon individual needs.

At Home Health Works, our motto is "Caring for people like family." We have been providing in home services in Pinellas and Pasco counties in Florida since 1992, when the agency was begun by a registered nurse (RN). Her son joined the business team shortly thereafter. Our Director of Nursing has been with the agency since 1995. We remain family-oriented, and you will not be "lost in the corporate shuffle" when contacting us.

Our goals include providing the best possible care to each individual with the respect and caring that each person deserves and expects at any point in their life. This is achieved by establishing and continuing an open line of communication with the client and their family members, along with their physician and/or other health care providers.

One of our registered nurses will arrive at the home to do an initial evaluation and write a Plan of Care which will instruct the caregivers how to best meet the individual's needs. Our nursing team will work with the client, family members and doctor as needed to ensure changing needs will be met and to maintain the highest quality of care.

We also offer a FREE home care evaluation with an RN to discuss home care needs, for those who are still unsure of what course of action to take when it is noticed that assistance is needed.
